We had a lot of fun last weekend. It was my mom's birthday and I tried my hand at this cake from Bakerella. It wound up being 13 layers though.
I also took my mom and grandpa to see the two shuttles out on the launch pads before we went to church.
Last but not least, we fished on our dock (that needs replacing). We caught a couple pin fish and some small trout, but our friend Aaron the Heron was happy. (Yes, I agree that feeding wild birds is bad and irresponsible.) Tell that to my bad and irresponsible husband!!!

Looks like you had a blast! It must be nice living so close to water, I find it to be so relaxing.
